Find Your Fit
Seat Height
Adjust your seat height so your feet are flat on floor or on a footrest, and your thighs are parallel to the floor.
Seat Depth
Sit in your chair to allow for enough space between the front of the edge of your seat and the back of your knee (2 or 3 finger widths).
Back Support
Sit all the way back in your chair with full contact with the backrest.
Shoulder Position
Arms should hang naturally, close to your body with your shoulders relaxed.
Armrest Height
Elbows and forearms should rest comfortably on the arms of your chair, without bearing weight. Wrists should stay straight as you work.
Monitor Height
Ensure the top of your monitor is at eye level or slightly lower and keep your neck straight and head aligned with the midline of your torso.
Weight-Activated
A weight-activated chair takes the guesswork out of adjustments and responds to your body weight to provide the right amount of back tension or resistance you feel. We know everyone is not built the same, so we’ve added a comfort dial with a “boost” tension setting offering 20% additional resistance for individuals who need it. Weight-activated chairs are ideal for shared desking or conference settings – it allows anyone to sit down and get comfortable, quickly.
Manually-Adjustable
A manually-adjustable chair gives you total control over the adjustments to dial-in the tension or amount of resistance you feel in the backrest. Manual chairs are ideal for personal desks and people who sit for long periods of time to allow the user the control to dial-in a precise fit.
